Personal and Professional Life of a Realtor

Dec 28, 2010 Dashing Through The Snow December 28, 2010

Well, when all was said and done – we ended up with 12″ of snow in Balsam, NC. And talk about cold?  It was 9 degrees when I got up this morning but the weather dudette promised it would get above freezing today and I believe it did.  When I was walking in Dillsboro just a little while ago, there was tonnage of melting going on.  I guess that means we should get back home before the temperature dips below freezing again and we are battling black ice.

We worked in the office today.  I developed MoonDancer Realty’s Attorney Worksheet for Real Estate Closings.  This is the info sheet we submit with contracts to the attorney.  Gives the attorney the addresses of the clients, etc.

We used part of April’s gift certificate from Eric’s Fresh Seafood for lunch today.  We had pecan smoked trout with the left over wild rice dish. Pretty darned good.

Tonight, I expect we will have the rest of the vegetarian chili.  I’ll put a beef and vegetable soup in the crockpot tomorrow morning. That is if I can find frozen cut green beans.  You wouldn’t think that would be a problem, but Food Lion didn’t have any in stock.

Have a great evening and watch for a new blog tomorrow.
